Hi 2.5months old a small fly entered into her nose I noticed and try to bring it out but don't know it came out or not small fly will it cause any problem??

What is meftal p dosage (100mg/5ml) for 17 months old 9kg baby? She having high grade fever.so want to give at night times.

Hi doctor, My son was having stomach pain in the morning and I had colimex drops with me. I gave him close to 1 spoon. Is it fine? Will there be any issue. I did not get colimex syrup for him. This was given just once in the morning.
