Redness near anus for new born
Hi Doctor, My daughter of 1 month old  (dob:27-5-2024) is getting redness near buttock and anus. PFA. We are using clothes. We are keeping the area dry and clean still redness is not going. We are using parachute coconut oil once and vaseline blue seal once. Kindly please tell can we apply vaseline. Thank you so much.

Apply rashfree cream in diaper area , during every diaper change. Avoid wet wipes if using any, can use soft clean cotton cloth damped in water  for cleaning or directly wash with water.. Keep area dry Change diaper once baby passes urine or motion as soon as possible.
