8 month baby eye infection

My son's eyes have been infected from past 4 days .
Initial symptoms was right eye red. Later both eye become red in sclera . Not whole eye but half portion of each eye is red. And eyes are swollen and water discharge cause eye to stick while sleep.
And one eyes outer eyelid also become red.
I m using currently only tobastar f .
Please check image and guide .
No cough cold fever.
