My 3 years old baby had a fever-104.when i did my baby's urine r/m/e...the result was albumin trace,pus cell 4-5 and rbc18_20..what does it mean? CRP was 36... urine output decrease upto approx-150ml in 12 hour .but in sonograpy all was normal ..i am afraid of this report..plz give me some suggestion

My child is suffering from fever last 10 days . Paracetamol and antibiotic  Medicine is continue . But no effect now I test CBC, WIDAL , MALARIA ALLERGIC, DOT-M IGM AND urine. It is found that igm comes 1:160 and ESR 24. All other test are normal.IS it typhoid fever. Is yes then what will be next step and what medicine and prevention to be taken. Age of child 3y8m female.
