Child Health Issues

My toddler is 21 months. For the past four times she has pooped her stool is streaked with red color blood. Just one or two speck on top of the stool. She strains a lot and the texture seems to be hard. But when I wipe her there is no blood on the anus. But there seems to be a growth around her anus. Looks like a lump of skin. She is otherwise having no problem. No behavior changes sleeps fine. Is active the whole day. Pls help doctors. Last time we did stool R/E it came normal.

Inspite of giving meftal -p , four doses to be exact in 8 hour interval each , high fever ( always above 102 ) is not getting subsided. Fever is now on for more than 5 days.should I go ahead to get a blood test don for my 3 year old ?

My 9 years old daughter is having dry cough early in the morning when she wake up. Rest of the day she remains quite normal. She feels that something has blocked her airways. What is the reason.

For my 5yr old son, we are not sure that he has been scratched by dog, we came to know after 2days when he told that he had been scratched by dog ...very little at one point in foot. then immediately we rushed to doctor and administered vaccine. does the delay of 2days will have effect?in future. does if not scratched by dog then is there any effect of vaccine in future health of my child?
