My 18 months old baby is given quadrovax vaccine yesterday.. I am giving him P250 for every 6hrs.. but the temperature is very high now .. it is 102.5°f .. can i give him mefakind p?

My son is 5 months old. He is having cough from the last 4 days. He is having runny nose but not frequently. I had consultation with pediatrician. He prescribed asthakind ls drop and coriminic drops. We are giving three times a day. But his cough not yet reduced and sometimes he is coughing for very long time during nights. He had some difficulty breathing because of cold blocking nose in night. Can you pls someone suggest what should I do. Is it required to take antibiotics for this in case if doctor prescribes? I appreciate your value able suggestions.

My baby is 8 month 13 days old. She got fever since 3 days. Visited pedt. And doc suggested Pacimol 0.8ml 3 times and Ziprox 4ml 2 times. But wen she take these med. The fever will come down. But after 2 -3 hours again her head starts heating up very high were as the hands and legs are in normal temp. She is even doing stools which is in green colour often. Pls advise. Gave her sponge bath and also applied warm water cloth over head no improvement.
