Child Health Issues

My daughter is 3 years old and has fever on and off from last 9 days. Fever never went up mote than 101. We have given calpol however doctor suggested that Ibugesic if fever is not much. After 7 days when condition did not improve so started Antibiotic MACPOD 100. From last 3-4 days I am observing that her feet is getting hot while sleeping at night. Urine routine test is also done which came as normal.
