Is taxim o injection harmful for newborn? What are the side effects...? My baby was given taxim injection for 5days when she was 6day old.the reason behind giving it ws my newborn baby was so sleepy..slept for 8to 9hours at stretch without feeding...m worried if this antibiotic s has any harm ful effects on my baby?

Taxim o is a antibiotic which is frequently used in newborns for infections. Already ur child received 5days course.this doesnt has any harmful effects on baby.so dont worry.
