Hi Doctors,
Good Evening!
My son has 6th week vaccination of (DPT1, IPV1, HIB1, Hepatitis B2, Rotavirus 1 and PCV1) on 12th June.

There is nothing painless or painful..
Practically it's injection so it's going to pain a bit..depends on injecting technique and post injection management.
At 6 wks ur baby will have
DTP, HiB, Hep. B, and IPV
Plus
Pneumoccocal vaccine
Plus
Rotavirus vaccine
In DTP component if u go for whole cell ie DTwP
It may cause pain fever and sometime swelling at vaccination site
In DTP component if u go for accelular ie DTaP
It doesn't cause pain fever and swelling at vaccination site
Both Vaccine ie whole cell or accelular are equally good,
And effective
