Is it okay to get baby vaccination post 7pm ?? One of my friend advised it's always effective in the morning and not to go for evening.. is this true Doctor??

No research in support of that.
Some people avoid vaccination in evening as post vaccination there is slight pain and sometimes fever....so it is planned in morning so that child can settle down till evening. If vaccination is done in evening there might be issue in night.....effectiveness is not related to time of day ......you can prefer
