Vaccination - Painless vs Normal
Which has better outcome over period of time . Is it worth to go for painless vaccination - Honest opinion needed ? I m going for Penta Normal Vaccination twice with 1-2 days fever and related symptoms

Whole cell vaccine causes pain but gives better long term protection against pertusis. Acellular painless vaccine protection against pertusis wanes off after few years and needs frequent booster. So if you can manage pain then better go for whole cell vaccine in primary series.

Pain or painless both have equal effectiveness... Only difference is pain and fever with swelling at local sight... Painless is costly than painful vaccine

Hello. The outcome for both the vaccine is the same. Only difference is the pain , swelling and money. Both are equally effective.
