Child Health Issues

My daughter is 4 years old and right now she is having high body temp upto 100 deg during 12 hrs of the day. Head and hands are warm but legs are fine. But she is perfectly normal and behaving well. Have got her urine examination done which has come out to be perfectly normal. This is since last 4-5 days only and she is becoming a bit cranky during the day. Her height is 107 cms and weight is 21.5 kgs and has had uti problem in the past. That's why we get regular urine examinations done. Please suggest what to be done as we are really concerned about the unexpected rise in body temperature at times.

22 months baby has been given taxim_o syrup 5ml dose (50mg), meftal-p syrup - 5ml dose. Instead of ofm (oflalaxin and metronidazole) syrup erroneously given cephalexin syrup (125 mg/5ml) 3ml dose, please suggest will there be any effect on baby for the erroneous dose of cephalexin along with other medicine, hope its not harmful

MRI scan for Brain reports showing metachromatic leukodystrophy. There were no genetic problems from me and my wife side. What could be the reason and what will be the treatment. As I can in Wikipedia that this is a disease and no cure and no treatment. Please help me out on this.
