My baby's birth weight was 3.8 and at 4months she is only 6.1 is the slow weight gain is a problem.. She is completely on formula. Can anyone pls help

As i have insufficient bm i started with Nan Pro 1 formula milk which created a lot of gas prblm in my baby then i switched to Nan Excella Pro 1 n it also created d same prblm n my baby didnt like its taste too..What shall I do ? My 8.5 years old son complained of blood in his stool without any abdominal pain. However there is sometimes pain around anus. Stool routine says, 3-5 HPF veg cells, 4-6HPF pus cells and 1-2HPF RBC. Mucus is present. Please let me know the probable reasons of it.

Vomitting in child
My 22 months old baby is having vomitting episodes since last night. Before consulting to dr he vomitted 5 times and after consultation he vomitted 3 times.
