With this limited information,all I can deduce is that this is angioedema,a form of urticaria/allergy,and if it is limited to the lips,probably due to contact with some substance.
For symptomatic relief,use syp atarax twice a day for 3 days,but the basic treatment of allergy is identification and avoidance of exposure to the allergen.
