My child r 4.5 years old.But I m worrying about this problem.He didn't eat food with passion.His body can't tolerate more hot or more cold atmosphere.His temperature rise.But he hale after give antibiotics medicine.what reason may be?

Keep ur baby well hydrated with plenty of oral liquids including water Fruit and fruit juices including and ORS if needed
Don't force for solid food
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass urine 5-6 times per day
