Fever with loose motion
Hi my 3 yr old kid weighing 18.1 kg, is having fever 39.1 Celsius with 5 loose motions and vomittes 2 times since y/day night, please advice

Stop bottle feeding if given,give just 2 milk feeds using a glass and 3-4 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery.
Use syp ondem half hour before meals for vomiting and syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days.
Give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like dullness or refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
