Child Health Issues

My son is 6 month old and I have been giving him ragi porridge since last month adding jaggery, one time a day for first 15 days,2 times a day for another 15 days. Now I to give rice porridge can I add one crystal of salt to it? How much can be given to my baby? I am very much worried because in internet they day it is very dangerous if I dont feed him a little water he constipates. Is it okay to feed him arpund 60ml water a day? Please help. My doctor said to feed ragi twice and rice one time a day. Along with I am giving vary small baked mashed apple puree in the morning. Please suggest

My baby (1yr 4m) got cold with fever. Sneezing, coughing. Sometimes vomiting during coughing. Weight 12 kg. Please advise.

Dear doctor,my baby age is 7 month and if we check her temperature in day timing it always found  between 95-97 F and from last 8 days she is getting fever everyday in morning approx 4 am and at that time her temperature found approx 100 f and sometime it falls 99.5 after some time 99.1 etc and after 10 am her temperature always found 95-97 F.in blood test and urinal test doctor found infection in both.now she is taking milk properly and playing well but the temperature issue still same.kindly guide.
