She having cold and fever last 2 back,we consult the doctor, but also not reduced,her head was so hot

My baby is 18 months old and what vaccinations are need to give her plz be guide us for the next vaccination

My baby girl is 3 years old and her hb is 6,doctor suggested me to give her iron full diet can you plz suggest what vegetables and fruits I can give her?

5 months 10 days old baby (exclusive breastfeeding) having loose watery dark green stools for two days .(immediately after feeding)he is now having fever too .(99.6) when given crocin drops the fever gets reduced and again fever comes back (mainly the head feels hot than body) .he is not very active like before and little fussy too .please advice
