Please answer this as soon as possible... really tensed why this happening to my baby...I see blood with mucus in my 10 month old baby girl...this is second time

My daughter is 6 weeks old and is taking only breast feeding. For past 2 days she releases gas and poops very little. Yesterday she appeared normal , but night she was crying frequently and was refusing to take milk. Today she was ok during day time but starts crying now. Pls assist.

My daughter is 25 days old . She is doing spitting after feeding and sometimes doing vomiting at night. She is not taking burping . I m giving her vitamin D3 everyday 0.5ml once a day and colicaid for gas 5 drops after 4 hourly gap before 15 minutes of feeding. Yesterday's night she did yellowish vomit after that I have given Emeset4 drops. After 1 hour I fed her that time she was not able to take proper breathing. After 5 minutes she settled.she was crying when I feed her and most of the time she is sleeping and at night she is awake.
