My baby is 2.5 year old and she vomits in travelling. Doctor suggested me Phenargan syrup as Ondem syrup was not effective. Is Phenargan safe for her?

IgE test has been conducted in every three months, result always comes positive (above normal values). Needs suggestions from expert, so that my child could be healthy all time.
