My doc suggest to give zincovit and vitamin d3 for my 1 month old son (6 month s) is zincovit and vitamin d3 necessary?or not...at born r was 3.370 kg

Started given meftal P 7ml + cold water sponging on forehead, But still fever is not coming down. Any suggestion.

My 8 month old son suffered from cold few three days ago.After medication (refezil o,maxtra syrup,) he is well.but he is not drinking milk..But drinking a lots of water.he has done dark black potty after two days.He is teething also.what may be the reason. I m very much worried.

My baby 23 months old is suffering from cold with a very runny nose and cough. He had fever 4- 5 days back and was on Crocin DS prescription.No2 the fever has gone but cold is still there. I have given him Brozeet LS 5 ml and Wikoryl AF 5 ml till yesterday morning. But since it was around 5 days I continued the medicine, I have stopped it. Please suggest what to do. He is getting cranky also because of the discomfort from runny nose and cough.

My son is 4 yrs old. Since being small, he has a habit of vomiting. Every time he sees any food he starts vomiting. Only if the food is of his choice, then everything is fine. Everybody at home have started getting irritated with his habit.
