Fever at night
2 1/2 years child having fever only evening and night ,having lot of phlegm.we are giving medicine for fever and phlegm as prescribed.Day time she is fine ,evening and night getting worse.temperature around 38.4deg C.After taking fever medicine temperature become lower. Please advice .Its third day .

Most probably viral fever which can last to anywhere between 4-7 days. Continue treatment as prescribed. If you have any doubts, you can always opt for a blood test
