Hi,
My son is having 102.6 F fever, gave him 3.5 ml dolo 250 twice, but fever rises before 6 hrs. How much dosage of meftal p should be given? Age: 2 years 5 months
Weight: 12 kgs

Mefenamic acid is not to used in paediatric .so use only paracetamol
