My 8 year son have fever (99.9). and cough. I gave him febral elixir 1 tablespoon. Is it ok

My daughter age 9 having fever for eight days and all the tests as required and told by drs have been done twice. Fever went up to 104.5.only med for fever control was given. From yesterday Cefixime 100mg was started for three days. Today fever came after ten hour's. Whole day she was fine. She us regularly taking her food. Becosule syp is also given. My daughter is week weighing 24.5kg.Immunity is low. Just want to ask what more we can do to bring her fever to normal. Does viral takes more time

My daughter is 7 years old and mostly she is suffering with cold continuously for 4 days in a week. This is happening for the last 6 months. How can overcome with this. Any specific diet is there to get rid of this common cold.

Neighbors pet dog(which hasn't vaccined) bitten/scratched my daughter (6yrs) . We are not sure if it is bite or scratch. Can we give the last dose now.

I have started giving her nasoclear and nasivision alternately after 4 hrs since 3 days and also nebulized her with saline water after 4 hrs since 2 days. Girl child. Date of birth: 14/04/2018 Birth weight: 2.7kg Weight at 3.5 months 5.3kg My daughter is on breast milk only. Though her demand Is not high, I feel her weight gain isn't good as per percentile Chart and consulted paed. For 2nd and 3rd month she put on 700 gm each. And expected was 1kg every month. Can we start semi solids? If yes, what to start with? I intend to continue giving breastmilk. Semi solids  will just be additional supplements. Thank you.
