1.5 year old baby forget to breathe and turns blue when cry. Is it dangerous ?

Hi, My child is 3 yrs 8 months old and is vomiting everything he is eating since yesterday. He is running a temperature at times but never more than 100. His vomit contains mucus but he doesn't have a running nose. He hasn't discharged stool since yesterday. His weight is 11.5 kg. Will hugely appreciate your consultation.

I have stomach pain like light on off. So when blood check shot is 49.12 and sgpt 51.18 and serum albumin 5.8 . What no. Indicate. Is any medicine or precaution?

My daughter has got fever after 15 month vaccine . But it is generally not expected right . Is it an okay behaviour?

My Daughter got fever 4 days back ( 103) F so we rushed to the dr and accordingly the dr gave some medicines, while taking pcm fever goes away but again it comes back around after 4 hours. dr suggested some tests and now test reports arrived and it has RBC WBC count  & ESR is high, Also C reactive protein is very high i.e 106. dr adviced to wait for 2 days more otherwise if fever still comes up we need to hospitalized my daughter, please any advice or suggestions on this would be helpful.
