She is getting repeatedly fever from past 1.5 years. She has been diagnosed with UTI infection and treatment has given. @ present she is taking Septran. Done mantoux test, abdomen scan, MCU- all are normal. But only thing is she is getting repeatedly fever. Plz guide.

Sir, Fever is gone in 5days without any antibiotics but thypoid is positive so how to Handel this ? How to ensure typhoid is not repeat? Is safe to give antibiotics to handle thypoid without fever? Is possible fever is normal and thyphoid is positive?

Please suggest some good medication or urgent basis..fever from night and not well not sleeping feeling irritated and keep on crying

Sir, Fever is gone in 5 days with help of paracitamol.but in blood test report typhoid fever is positive.so I am not understand how is possible thyphoid gone without antibiotics. Can I give antibiotics ?

My baby sweats a lot especially is head part I am worried a lot as his head part sweats a lot he is 2 and half month is it normal

My 3.2 year old daughter, weight 12.5 kg, has fever since five days. We brought her to a Child specialist and he has prescribed ibugesic plus  (6 ml 3 dose daily) plus & Zifi 100  (3 ml 2 dose daily). Her temperature becomes normal for 6 to 7 hours after giving ibugesic however it raises after 6 hours upto 103.5F or 104 F specially at night b/w 2AM to 5 AM. Previously this was 4 to 5 hours . When we give her sponge and ibugesic then fever comes down to normal b/w 97.5 to 98.6. She has no cough and not flowing nose and no rashes on body but she is showing less appetite however we are able to feed her a half chapati, boiled egg,milk, biscuits, readymade apple juice. Doctor has told us to do some blood test such as CVC, Malleria, Typhoid after 5 days if fever is not in control. Please advice what to do.
