My kid when he go for stool it smeesl bad,though he is doing this everyday. He is playing well and normal in day to day activities Do we need to worry anything here ?

I need to know when it started. If it is recent then can be because of change in diet pattern. Colonic bacteria will act on the food and cause the smell. But we will have to rule out malabsorption disease,in which food is not absorbed properly from intestine. It is caused by infection or other intestinal diseases. In that case child may have poor weight gain, bloating, flatulence etc
