Can I use Calapure-A lotion for my 8 months old baby on face for this winter season. She is having cracks on face skin due to winter. If not please suggest a lotion for my baby.

Yes you can use it.
I would recommend a good ol massage with olive oil, worth a bath at least 1 hour after the massage.
