Child Health Issues

Hi, My son is one year old. I am worrying about his activities, he is more active and he is running fast everywhere in the house. My concern is, every day atleast once he is get hurting him self by hitting his head on wall, table, chair and floor accidentally. Till now no major things happen, now my question is: 1) Will this incidents are affect him in future? 2) Do I need to take any tests? 3) Any precision and prevention suggestions? My 2year old daughter having fever from last 2days, 23rd evening she had mommeting, then 25th she started with loose motion, after she getting fever, I tried with calpol 125mg with local doctor advise, but my baby still facing fever, please advise something get recovery.

Most of the time, he faces cough, sneezing and nose block along with fever too. If there any changes in climate his nice starts running and we gets worried.

My 5 years old daughter normally eats nutritious food and she is active. But she looks so lean usually suffers with flu and cough frequently. She was diagnosed with tonsils last year by an ENT specialist last year. But he suggested not to go for surgery at this age. I could not understand her problem is it because of the tonsils? If her health problems are because of tonsils is there any alternate medicine available???
