1 wk ago got fever (103°F) for 2.5 days followed by red scratchy rashes (started behind ear) and other parts of the body. Unwilling to take any food since then. If fed forcefully, vomiting. And from today morning mucous diarrhea (12 times till 6p.m). Kindly advise.
