Watery green colour poop

My son 4 month 8 days old past one week he passing watery green colour motion thrice or twice in a day but today he frequently passing watery green colour poop 7 to 8 times from morn to eve .

Stop bottle feeding if given. Give breastfeeding at a gap of at least 3 to 3-1/2 hours. Add enterogermina vials half vial twice a day for 5 days. Maintain strict hygiene in giving feeds. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or dullness and refusal to feed consult your paediatrician asap for physical examination and treatment.
