My child has a high fever of 102 -103 F

It's only been 4 hrs before her last dosage of paracetamol can I give her meftal immediately or should I wait for 2 more hours . Thanks!

Meftal is a symptomatic drug for fever. It should be given as and when fever is there. There is no meaning of giving it thrice or four times a day if there is no fever. Missing dose is very much of concern in antibiotics and other drugs. Not important for meftal.
