Child Health Issues

Hello, I am a 26 year old mother of a 6 months old child. My child had been very healthy at the time of birth and has all of vaccines on time. It can just be me but I feel like he’s very less active for a 6 months old baby and has just started crawling. I want to know what are 6 months baby activities?

Toddler frequently complaining abdominal pain. And says feeling hungry often but not eating food properly. Tried favourite food still rejecting.he use to eat well. dewormed 2 months back. His weight 12.4 kg Age 3 yrs 4 months What is reason for abdominal pain What are symptoms for worm infestation

My baby is suffering from fever ( viralfever ) since Wednesday and doc gave me meftal p syrup as her temperature is high and can I give her that syrup every. Six hours r four hours as her temperature is not getting down

6 month old has fever after flu vaccine ?is it normal or reaction to vaccine....please let me know when will fever subside after vaccinations

My nephew(11 months old) had a viral infection around 15 days back. It was fever alone and no other problem. We  took medicine(paracetamol) and it subsided in 2 days. Now he has again(after around 15 days)got the fever; we met our pediatrician and he confirmed that its a viral fever. This time around though, there is not a lot of improvement in his health. Fever only comes down  after having paracetamol and comes back again once the effect of medicine wears off. It has been 3 days now, condition is the same. My question is: 1) Will viral fever occur so frequently? 2)Is it possible if he has some other problem which has similar symptoms as viral fever?
