I am a mother of a 14 year old boy. He is suffering from tonsil infections. The symptoms are throat pain, difficulty in swallowing and followed by high fever. I have given paracetamol now. Should I also start with antibiotics for tonsil infection? Can I avoid the antibiotics and give some thing else?

Sir Can we use sodium chloride injection I.p (.9% w/v) for nabulization in infant for normal.coungh and cold.plz find the attach pic. If not plz suggest some other saline.

Hi sir/mam, Recently my 4 year old boy treated with fevers. He was on medication parafy m ds along with one antibiotic. After two days, fever come down and he was ok for two days.   Later 100 degree fever started once in a day. It is coming down after havin 3 ml of parafy m ds syrup. Please suggest.
