My 21 month daughter is prescribed relent syrup. Is it safe to give her the same. Doc says she has viral uri and prescribed meftal p and relent syrup

My baby is doing potty 10 to 12 times in 24 hrs. is it normal or not. And we r giving breast feeding and formula lactogen both.

Since yesterday my 4 month old baby is passing motion almost after every feed. My baby is on  exclusive breast feed only. Generally she poops 3 times a day but yesterday she did 8 times. Can you plz advise ASAP.

My 15 month old son has been getting recurring fever. Currently his fever has been on for 3 days. His tlc was normal; though monocytes were slightly high. His sgot is 306, sgpt 187 and ggtp 118. His whole abdomen ultrasound says liver is okay. Gall bladder wall has mild thickening/edema. Doc says it is most probably a viral fever because of which reports are like this and should be okay in a week's time. Is there anything to be worried Abt; what could these abnormally high levels of enzyme be due to?
