Child Health Issues

Hi My 1.5 month old son doing green poty since 20 Dec but feed well and active except gas problem but after vaccination on 3 Jan (6 week) things change . on 3rd every things fine no fever feed well on 4th mild fever feed well 5th high fever around 100.4 but lower after giving paracetamol but not feeding well and sleep less and fuzzy and on sixth fever is mild but not feed well fuzzy not active sleep less and vomit is this because of veccination or other problem Pc: from birth he have 2 small vsd and under medication

Sometimes he did tight motion but from 3 days he not did motion.he is trying to do but he cant..He is passing urine properly.doctor gave him h peg medicine..Tell me is it good ..And tell me the quantity and how much days I gave him medicine

My two months old baby not sleeping properly. He wakes nearly 5 hours at a stretch n even if he sleeps he has disturb sleep. I am giving him feeder drops and colicaid as suggested by still he doesn't sleeps well

Hello doctor, my daughter (8months old, 7.2kg) have itching in the neck and chest (towards shoulder region) since afew days. There was redness and small bumps (rashes??) In the area on chest.. then it turned to pale scaly and itchy patch of oval shape (3x4cm).. now the rash and redness in neck area.. baby keeps on scratching the area.. I don't use any baby lotion/cream since the pediatrician here advised not to use Is it because of tht?? Will it go on its own? Will it return? Will it happen in this young children? Nobody handling the baby have any skin conditions. Thank you..

My little one was 2.23 at time of birth. Lowest weight in the next 5-6 days was 2.09. She is currently one month old and her current weight is 2.57. Is this fine or is her gain slow and anything needs to be done? she is being fed a combination of breast milk and top feed
