My baby was having cold with runny nose past 3 days but all of a sudden from yesterday night she is having hot head and palms of hand hot but when measuring temp on thermometer the temp is around 99 only. What to do?? For special mention she is teething her molars are erupting since 15 days.

My son is 20 months old . He is hyperactive . Weight is 10 kg. He is talking whole day but meaningless words he can speak and if we want to teach him some alphabets, animals name , numbers etc he will not showing his interest on that . So he didn't gain any vocabulary only able to say mama papa nana like words. We don't give him smart phone in his hand but he is very stubborn to get that from us . Is this behaviour normal at this age?

My 11 months old recently had some cough and cold. He was not able to sleep at night properly. We only tried ginger hot water till now. My 2.3yr old son won't eat. He is sticking his mouth shut on every mealtime I have tried changing his recipes.but to no avail. If he sees a tasty dish like chilli chicken (homemade) he takes one or two bits and that is all. I don't know how to make him eat wholesome meals. He is refusing fruits as well. He doesn't drink milk right from the beginning. Nothing medical, he dislikes the taste. He used to have one chapati and mixed veg for breakfast and a filling lunch and dinner. Now it is totally the opposite. Due to this his weight dropped by 600hms last month but has come back to 11.3kgs this month. His paediatrician suggested polybion syrup 2.5ml twice daily 30mins before mealtime. But it doesn't seem to work. No distractions work for him either. Child is eotherwise very active. Some pointers I should mention: 1. We don't have a separate dining arrangement. We eat on sofa or bed. 2. We feed him first and then we ourselves eat later. How should I tackle the situation?
