Child Health Issues

My son is 18 months old. He is hyperactive . Weight is 10 kg. Doesn't like to eat healthy foods which prepared for him . Waiting for fast foods always. But he has a sleeping problem . He doesn't like to sleep at night . Actually whole day he doesn't feeling sleepy so put into sleep that's a daily struggle . His clothing, room temperature everything is comfortable but don't know why he doesn't feel sleepy. Already consulted paediatrician . He couldn't find any problem. Need help.

My daughter suddenly got fever at the 102 degree. We have given her Crocin. After one hour she again be in a hot temperature, so we made her cool by water. What we should do again for next pls suggest

After completing 6 weeks (12 ml omnacortil) + 6 weeks( 10 ml omnacortil,alternate days), protine in my daighter's urine was in trace level a0nd sometimes negative. After 1 week she had a problem of cold and running nose for 4 days. Now we could see level of protien in urine started increasing to +2 for 3 days then +3 for 2 days. In urine test infection in urine was also traced. Is my daughter okay? Is this problem curable? How to deal with this situation? Pediatric Nephrologist is not available in our state. Please suggest.

My son 4 month 8 days old past one week he passing watery green colour motion thrice or twice in a day but today he frequently passing watery green colour poop 7 to 8 times from morn to eve .

My daughter is 2yrs and 11months old and had upset stomach. The motion are loose but she do that not more than 3times a day. This issue started from 13oct qnd i consulted my sis in law on phone who is pediatrician. I gave her one bottle of bifilac(5ml 3times a day), zincomac(5ml once every day) and tufpro(one injection twice a day). She showed some improvement for a day in between that too twice but the condition is same still. I was not giving her milk throughout this time but bow have started the same. Please help what to do?
