My daughter weight 10kg 1.7yrs old having fever 101d doctor suggest to give dolo 250mg syrup 3ml 4 times in a gap of 6 hours also to give meftal p syrup when the temperature is high more than 102. What is the difference between these two syrups ?. Also can I give dolo syrup in gap of 6 hours and if the temperature is still high can I give meftal p syrup along with dolo syrup please suggest. My daughter 1.7yrs had fever of 101d and when took to doctor before the checkup she got convulsion and doctor was able to treat. Why the convulsion occur and how to avoid ? Will there be any side effects in future if she get convulsion now ? Thanks in Advance

Can i give syrups through dropper while my baby is sleeping because when she cries a lot whenever whatever liquid medicine is given to her and then she instantly vomits..... pls help plz .. she just refuses and cries badly.. but while sleeping i think it is easier.. i gave her yesterday.. so is it okay???
