Child Health Issues

Hi, doctor, my son is having cold he is coughing a lot with the cough he is vomitting. I am using maxtra drops

My 2 month old son is having cold and block nose from 2-3 days & because of this he's not sleeping nicely... Kindly suggest any medication so that he will be relieved as soon as possible.

She is having loose motions and passing watery stools. Shall we give enterogermina along with unobiotic powder sachets.

My son, 7 years old with Downs Syndrome often sits up in his sleep. This does not happen during his daytime nap. But every night, and especially in winters, he would often change his sleeping position to sitting. Or he would rest his head on my legs. We make sure he is fully covered with warm clothes so now I am suspecting its not the cold but possible case of sleep apnea ?

I am mother of 4 month old baby.  After two months I have to return to my work( 9 to 6) in bank. My baby is completely on Bm.  I want to breastfeed my baby after joining.  Is breast pump can help me.  How many time I can store breast milk. Also suggest me option other than Bm.  Formula milk or cow milk can be replaced with Bm for 6 month old child
