Child Health Issues

My wife is 7 weeks and she has been put in Ecosporin 150mg and Enoxaparin 40mg injections. Is this medication safe ? Is Ecosporin safe for the baby?

My daughter is two & half years old. She is having dry cough since last two days. Yesterday night while sleeping, she was coughing a lot. Actually recently we came for vacation to our hometown (from Mumbai to Indore). Here a lot of dust is there & bcoz of this it seems she got cough. There is no fever & till now she is eating normally. Running nose is also there but not much. Please suggest some medications

Please refer attachments...due to fever & tired went to hospital (last Sunday & tuesday) & took lab test( last tuesday_5 days back) and taking medicines. After taking medicines last few days &  water, tender coconut etc., regularly there is no fever, but dry cough is there. Is dry cough due to side effect of taking medicines etc.,or any other symptoms?  Since dengue is spreading in our area, we are scare of it. Please refer the attached reports and give your comments. Should again we take blood test and consult doctors?

My son (5.7 year old) having high fever since last night between 101 to 102.7 °F . Fever started with headache and headache still continue. Giving crocin ds 240 5.6 ml in every 6 hours but fever subsided only for 1 to 2 hours only and I have to sponge him to subsided temperature. I also gave montair - lc 5.5 ml once in a day. Can you pls suggest further treatment?

मेरा लड़का 18 महिंने का है वजन 8.5 kg है पर अभी तक वह अपने आप न तो खड़ा हो सकता है न ही चल  सकता है। पलंग पकड़ कर या किसी अन्य सहारे से वह खड़ा हो जाता है। वह किसी चीज को हाथ से पकड़ता है तो अपना एक हाथ alternetly पिछे ले जाता है। हमें किसी प्रकार के specilist pediatrician से कंसल्ट करना चाहिए।

She had taken  injection (teeka) yesterday,  she is not having a drop of milk today.  She has also cold.  What should I do?

My 3.6 yr old son keeps on biting himself. I dont know why he can speak well in hindi and English but he doesn't answer when i ask him why he's biting. Recently he has been biting himself or his clothes very frequently. Please suggest what to do.
