Child Health Issues

Please suggest me the diet chart as my son suffering from wheat allergy. I am worried about his health problem due to that his growth became stop.

My son got cold and cough along with fever since 3 days . He is taking nebulization with asthalin and budecort . For fever he is taking calpol and meftal in case of high fever.i am giving calpol 2 times a day . But generally he is getting high fever at evening and then if i give calpol it goes down . Then again he gets high fever at night 3am or 4am . I am little worried for him. Doctor suggested all this medication and said its viral. Please let me know how long it would last And is there anything to worry

My son 1yr 1 month weight is 8.3kg. from 10 month onwards his weight gain is almost 0.05%. we are giving solids from 6months 3 times a day, also fruits vegetables.his twin brother has gained 1kg in the same time period.

My baby is 3.5 month old and is completely on breast milk. I have developed throat infection today. What medicine can i take? He has winter diarrhea already since 4-5 days and is passing watery stool 8-10 times a day, but otherwise his activities are completely normal.

Hi doctor, my baby is 8 months old. She has very less sleep from the beginning and till now also she wakes up in night every hour. We are maintaining all required environment n habits but no success. She asks fr mother's feed and just don't get pacified by anything else. She is not sleeping in day also, just 1-2 hous nap time.. she is active n growing well. But we are tensed bcz of her less sleep. plz suggest what cn b done ..
