Loose motion since 5 days
My son who is 2 year old, 16 kg suffering from loose motion, though frequency has reduced but no change in stool.. still in liquid form. He is still cheerful and not down. Last 10 days we have moved place to place and was using filter water not sure if water is a concern so started giving bottle water. I have mentioned medicine details which we are giving.

it could be due to change in food and water.
also there is a chance the infection is viral and not bacterial. kindly get his stool tested to know the type of diarrhea and then treat accordingly
