My is facing motion problem, it is very hard..she is trying to poop but with difficulty is on FM.. please suggest me ...she is drinking very less water..how much should I give

Dear sir/mam,       My two year old boy having 102 fever from yesterday night. Today morning went to pediatrician and he prescribed Azithral syrup once in morning, Ascoril LS syrup thrice a day, P250 syrup for every six hours, Monticope syrup once at evening. We are giving as per doctor but after giving P250, fever coming again after three hours. P250 working only for three hours. Please help us out.
