Hi, My daughter feeling sleepiness, dizziness, soar throat and not drinking mom milk(lost the appetite and shows disinterest for milk) after yesterday's vaccination of BCG, Hep B and polio. My daughter age of 3 years old suddenly wake up a morning and start stammering in speaking. She stammering since last 20 days. Is it common for stammering at age of 3 or should I need to take a medical help. She stammering starting of words mostly and some time stammering in between words too. If she speech very slow then she can spack clean and clear. She stammering almost all words starting to speack.

My daughter is having cold and cough, it's 3 days now since cold started it hasn't reduced. Giving sinarest for cold and mcberry jr for cough. Morning it seems to be reduced but it increases during night's, while sleeping she makes sound like snoring because of cold even though she breathes through nose and not mouth.
