Frequent constipation
My kid 2.8 yr old suffering frequent constipation. He excrete after every 3 days. And complaints pain due to which avoid peeing which makes it more complicated. Plz suggest some remedy.

It's a very common problem. Good water intake, avoid maida items, regular potty time daily, give fibre rich foods.
