My daughter having fever gave efimol 250g 6hrs, but temp is not reduced and gave meftal temp reduced, but again temp raised with in 5hrs, but foot and hand was chill for some times. Again gave efimol still temp not yet reduced, can I give meftal again?

My son age 8 month...he is able to stand with one leg..and second leg not keeping on floor properly... While seating...he bend toward left side.. Please suggest
