Here i would like discuss about health of my baby.
y baby age is 2 month..her weight is 3kg . But her weight is less than normal. Normal weight is 4 to 6.5kg. Birth weight is 2.75kg. What should we do. . Should we give her formula milk?? she is on breast feeding totally. She is born via c section.

First hv to look for proper attachment n latching during breastfeeding, then frequency , baby shd b fed on one breast at a time.....if these r normal get ur child checked by a pediatrician to rule out sepsis with UTI, cardiac abnormality, lactose intolerance.....If sepsis is ruled out can add a iron supplement...
