Child Health Issues

My son not feeding properly .4 month 10 days old weight 6.8 kg passing stool like this. birth weight 3 kg seems like throat or chest congestion

My 3 year and 8 months child does not want to eat anything.He lacks interest in any type of food or fruits.Till the age of 1 and half,he was showing interest in every type of food.

I'm worrying about my baby girl's weight gain..her birth weight is 3.1kg.. Month 1  = 4 kg Month 2 = 5 .1kg Month 3 = 6.2 kg. Month 4 = 6.8kg Month 5 = 6.9kg Month 6= 7.2kg Now she is 13 months old.. her weight is 7.7kg and height is 82cm..she is fully active..she started crawling in 6 months..with support standing in 6 and half months...now she is walking independently.. and she talks two letters..but her weight is not tripled..

Doc has suggested levocitrizine to my daughter, which brand can I give her? I have xyzal m suspension available at home. In the past I have given her montair LC too!

Can I take deworming tablet if i am breastfeeding my baby is 8months..please advice.................

My daughter is 6 yr old . While heads having at the age of 4 I have noticed some red patches on her head and neck . Afterwords now after hair growth also noticing same red patches ( minute blood vessels are seen under skin) . No pain , no itching , no raises area . I am attached photo also . Pls help .
