My 1.4yr old son pees only 5-6times a day his water and milk intake is good then too peeing less?, urine is yellow , in afternoon he won't pee, it's happening since a month now kindly guide

Hi my baby is 4 months old weighs around 6.7Kgs, he has been crying since 24 hours due to ear pain which was diagnosed by the doctor earlier this morning. Doctor has recommended comflam (paracetamol + ibuprofen) and nepodoxim-CV 50. Doctor also gave some painkiller through his butt hole. But even after giving him dose on time, he has been crying a lot. What to do? Please help. I am struggling with this a lot.
