11 month baby (lactose intolerance)

Hi Doctors, My baby is 11 months old. She diagnosed  lactose intolerant (she used to have cramps in her tummy after 3 months). We are giving her Nestle Lo Lac with lactase enzyme drops from 7 months. Even after that she used to have vomiting and pucking continuously, we tried to change the formula but it did not work because of her cramping. Now we are trying to give her solids but she is not accepting anything (she doesn't open her mouth for any food). As now she is 11 months, she does not do proper Crowling and also no teeth and is not able to stand. We are worried now as it's kind of a developmental delay and also we are helpless how to fulfill her nutrients need without solid and how to start solids because we feel lo-lac formula is not having sufficient nutrients. We will be very thankful  if anyone can help.

Fever cold cough

Hi Doctors, My baby is 9 months old. Her weight is 9kg. She has had a fever cold and mild cough for the last three days. We have been giving paracetamol pediatric drops (1ml) whenever the fever reaches 100. Yesterday night we visited a doctor and he prescribed cefixime oral suspension 2.5 ml twice for 5 days, Ameox LS (1 ml) for two days, and zuka (1 ml) for two days. We started it yesterday but for the last three days, every 6 hours interval fever is coming post giving the paracetamol. Is there something we need to worry about? We are so tense about this recurrent fever. Please guide us.

Cough and mucus

Last month, my daughter had a cough and cold. The doctor prescribed a syrup called Cetop, which relieved her runny nose, but her cough persisted. He then prescribed Budecort 100 (for 2 weeks) and Asthalin (salbutamol inhalation 100 mcg/dose) to be used for 9 days—every 4 hours for the first 3 days and every 6 hours for the next 3 days. However, when we stopped the syrup and Asthalin, she continued to cough that night. So we approach other doctor he gave budecort neblizer. This is second day she had her nebulizer. Can anyone guide in this regard.
